Return Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below.

5-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 5 days of the arrival date according to the carrier track status.

  • Returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise, different sizes or a store credit against future purchases.
  • Returned items must be undamaged, unaltered, unwashed, unworn and must include original tags and original packaging.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

  • We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.

Once the item(s) is returned, BadMotor Online support will keep the record of your store credit. Whenever you are ready to use your credit, simply send an email to info@bad-motor.com stating what items you would like and the order will be processed from there.

Refund Policy

  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
  • Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be processed and all refunds will be issued to store credit.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return.
  • If you are unsure of the correct size to purchase any item, prior to placing your order, view our sizing chart to select the appropriate size.

Return Shipping Options

  • For all BadMotor customers, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to ship your return. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.
  • You are solely responsible for return shipping costs on your original order.
  • Packages shipped COD will be rejected.

Apparel

  • Apparel items must be packed in their original garment bag and include all original tags.
  • The plastic bag protects the item from the cardboard. Items packaged without this protection most likely will arrive scuffed and will be returned to the customer.
  • Apparel items with stains or worn will be rejected and a store credit will not be issued.
  • Un-used items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, components, or hangers may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of up to 25% of the merchandise cost based on the availability of those missing or damaged components.

Decal Kits

  • Buyer recognizes that all orders are custom manufactured after the order is placed. Therefore, under most circumstances, any request to return the product due to reasons other than product defect or incorrect shipment (i.e. wrong parts, incomplete parts, etc.) is not allowed, no exceptions. 
  • All *approved* returned products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • We must receive all returned merchandise in resalable condition before credit will be issued.
  • Film that is not packaged correctly, damaged in shipping, peeled off the backing or in any condition other than shipped will not be refunded or accepted.

International Returns

  • International shipments should be marked as a “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees.
  • Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
  • Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to BadMotor upon delivery will be rejected.

Always contact us before returning an item If:

  • The item has been used in any way.
  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • The item was sent to you in error.
  • You are returning from outside of the United States.

Order Cancellation / Modifications

  • Orders can be modified or canceled only while their status is labeled “Order Received.”
  • Once an order has a status of “Order Processed,” it cannot be canceled or modified, as the order is in the queue to be shipped out.
